The Capacity Diagnostic is our foundational assessment service — a structured, evidence-based evaluation of an institution's current execution capability across the five dimensions of the NCIx framework: coordination, administrative capability, delivery systems, feedback infrastructure, and leadership quality. It identifies where an institution's capacity is strongest, where gaps are most consequential, and where targeted investment will produce the greatest impact.
